Calendar: 10/17-10/23

Weekly calendar update! Here's a quick list, and more will be added in the next day or so.

And don't forget that tomorrow is the University Orchestra's performance at Bates Recital Hall, 8 PM. Tickets are $5!

Wednesday, October 17
President's Student Advisory Council - The PSAC is holding an open forum for students to come and talk about/raise issues up for the council to speak to President Powers about.The meeting will be in the Texas River Room, Duren Hall between 6-7 PM.

Season 4 of Art21 Preview - The Fine Arts Library is presenting two episodes from the 4th season of Art21 back to back. The episodes will be shown in ART 1.102 between 5-7 PM. After that, you can go the next event below!

Drive-In at the VAC - Come see the film, Who the @#$% is Jackson Pollock? Some student films will be also shown. The night's events are sponsored by the Visual Arts Center Advisory Council and us, the Fine Arts Council! Show up at the Visual Arts Center in the Art Building by 7 PM.


Thursday, October 18
CoFA Study Abroad Fair - The study abroad fair will have tons of information if you're interested in going abroad for the summer, or even for a Maymester. There will be pizza at noon, too! The event will be held at the Doty Fine Arts Building Lobby between 11 AM to 2 PM.

Plus/Minus Grading Forum - Join UT Senate as they ask students for opinions about how the Plus/Minus Grading system should be implemented. It's estimated that it will take effect as early as Fall 08! So come to Jester A121 at 5 PM to get your voice heard!
