Arts Week 2011

This year, the Fine Arts Council is teaming up with the Blanton Museum of Art Student Guild, the Center Space Project at the Visual Arts Center, Hook 'Em Arts, and Landmarks Student Docents to host a week-long celebration of the arts on campus, "For the Love of the Arts!"

Activities are planned February 24th - March 3rd, 2011.

Feb. 24, 2011 7:00-10:00pm: Student Art Opening at the Blanton Museum of Art, "Celebrating Recovering Beauty: Buenos Aires in the 1990s"

Feb. 25, 2011 6:00-8:00pm: Center Space at the Visual Arts Center, "Daniel Rudin: Condos for the Homeless Opening Reception"

Mar. 1, 2011 12:00noon-1:00pm: Law Building Lobby, "Landmarks Lunch and Learn with Bernard Meadows"

Mar. 2, 2011 12:30-2:30pm: Fine Arts Library, "For the Love of the Arts Reception and Scavenger Hunt"

Mar. 3, 2011 7-10pm: Bass Concert Hall Stage, "Black Light Bash at Bass"
